We regularly refer our clients to Alan King at Assent's office in Sussex in favour of Local Authority Building Control; Assent's service is prompt, efficient and pragmatic and plays a key part in helping us deliver great projects and a high level of service to our clients.

The inspectors carried out thorough checks throughout the loft build. Inspectors promptly attended site for inspection when called for. On the whole very happy with the service they provided and I have no issues in recommending them.
