Assent Building Control worked with International business park developer ProLogis on the first phase of a £100 million distribution centre in Bradford.
The 1.1 million sq ft building developed for Marks & Spencer by ProLogis is let to the retail giant which is fitting out its latest distribution centre, which will achieve a BREEAM excellent rating.
