Albert Street, Harrogate

Assent approved building control in the construction of the largest commercial development in Harrogate town centre. The project included a new art-house cinema complex for client 4Urban and range of high quality restaurant and bar units. The centre replaced the existing 1950s Co-operative building and features a contemporary design whilst respecting the sensitivity of the conservation area.
