As Assent Group continue to strive to be an Employer of Choice, we are delighted to announce the first of three significant appointments to the leadership team.
Ben Michael joins the business on 12th August as our new Project Delivery & Change Management Director and forming part of the Exec Management Team, will oversee and drive the strategic direction of multiple projects. Ben has a wealth of experience in general management including operations, commercial, people management and is also a qualified NLP coach so he brings expertise that will be utilised across the whole Group.
We asked Ben to tell us what interested him about the business and why he chose to join us. Here’s what he had to say:
“I have been aware of Assent for many years and admired the organisation for always thinking ahead and making the most of its talent and knowledgebase while always striving to do things in the right way.
