Assent are holding four CPD seminars across April and May on the Building Safety Act, and what it means for Duty Holders.

These free breakfast seminars are designed for individuals who are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, with a particular focus on Duty Holders within the built environment. The course provides an understanding of the key responsibilities and legal obligations required to safeguard residents and building users in the wake of recent legislation.

These sessions are ideal for builders, developers, clients, design teams, contractors, construction professionals, and anyone designated as a Duty Holder under the Building Safety Act. They are also suitable for those looking to expand their understanding of legal obligations in building safety or wishing to stay updated on industry regulations.
