Following on from our recent announcement of Lowri Drury’s promotion to Head of Administration – South, we are delighted to share yet another promotion with you.
Marnie Bartle in our Wakefield office has been promoted to Head of Administration – North!
Marnie said “With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have always taken great pride in my work and the teams I’ve had the privilege to lead.
Four years ago, I joined Assent and started my journey as a QA/Complaints Coordinator, where I learned the importance of quality and customer satisfaction. Last year I was successful in being promoted to Admin Lead, further expanding my skills, and understanding of our operations.
Now, as the Head of Administration (North), I am excited to lead our fantastic team through new challenges, particularly with the ongoing building control changes. These changes represent a significant opportunity for us to enhance our processes and ensure our organization remains at the forefront of industry standards. We will continue to drive efficiency and excellence in all that we do. I look forward to working with everyone to achieve our goals and contribute to the ongoing success of Assent.
The support and guidance I have been given from my Line Manager and other Senior Management within Assent has given me the drive to take each step up the ladder.
