Following on from our announcement that we are expanding our senior team , we are excited to welcome Jennifer Barrett to Assent as Technical Director.
Jennifer will join us in September, and she will help to provide even more support to the technical arm of our business ensuring we have strong technical leadership for our team of Surveyors and a dedicated training arm to ensure we continue to develop the skills required both for our existing technical team and our new trainees.
We asked Jennifer to tell us what interested her about the business and why she chose to join us. Here’s what she had to say:
“I am greatly looking forward to starting the role where I hope to be able to shape and influence the technical direction of the business to enhance service delivery as well as ensuring surveyors have support and processes in place to give them confidence in their role”.
