Assent Building Control provided the building control function for City Inn at its Leeds City Centre 4 Star Hotel. The 333 roomed Leeds hotel is the centre piece in the redevelopment of the historic canal-side destination at Granary Wharf. The hotel is flanked by two unique high quality apartment buildings, the landmark building which was designed with the architects Allies and Morrison overlooks the River Aire and the Leeds Liverpool Canal.
