This project was the development of a two storey chalet bungalow in Kings Lynn. The original idea was a full renovation of the existing bungalow, however, the state of building meant it would have required extensive attention to bring it up to current building control standards. Therefore, the decision was made to demolish the original bungalow and construct a new dwelling. The result is a much more modern property which allows for the appreciation of the surrounding countryside views.
