Assent worked with Telford Homes on the rebuild of Holy Trinity Primary School.

The plans for the site of Holy Trinity Primary School, on Beechwood Road in Hackney, involved the demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a ten storey replacement building, This provided a replacement two form nursery and primary school with spaces for up to 460 children at ground and first floor with 101 homes on the upper floors.
