Assent were engaged from an early stage and supported the design team with compliance on matters relating to Part B and Part M.

The site is located at the junction of Park Lane and Belle Vue Road approximately ¾ of a mile West of Leeds City Centre and ¼ of a mile from the inner city ring road.

The University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University are nearby – approximately ½ a mile to the North East.
