Two projects were recently completed successfully ahead of students returning to University in September in Leeds.
White Rose View is 2 newly constructed towers of 27 and 16 stories housing 976 students which were built by RG Group for Unite.
Vita is a 16 storey block formed from the partly constructed Hilton Hotel site that had been dormant in the centre of Leeds for a number of years. This was built by Bowmer Kirkland..
Although both projects suffered setbacks due to Covid-19, including the temporary loss of the site manager on the Vita project, who was hospitalised for 3 weeks with Covid. Both schemes completed on the same day in time for students returning in September.
Excellent work by Andy Keely at the Wakefield office.
